Our Response

Access Integration hero Lines

Access Integration specializes in the design and installation of commercial security and low-voltage systems when there is a large emphasis on system integration.

The global coronavirus outbreak has created an increasing number of challenges to individuals, families, communities and companies. It’s a unique situation we find ourselves in, as most of us have never experienced a health crisis of this scale.

Throughout all the recent developments, Access Integration, Inc. is working hard to uphold the commitments we made to supporting your business. We are very focused on protecting the health and safety of our workforce while maintaining the ability to continue serving you.

Our team members have recently received training on new safety procedures specifically addressing COVID-19. Below is a list of our health safety procedures that you can expect from our team members completing installations and service-related needs. Some of these have been our standard protocol for many years and some are new and effective immediately.

  • Hand Sanitizing: All team members will be following the correct hand sanitizing procedures as set forth in the CDC guideline and recommendations.
  • Disinfectants: We currently have products that can sanitize and disinfect surfaces. We will be using these in high touch areas and at the conclusion of services to ensure a clean working environment.
  • Team Member Health Protocol: No team member exhibiting signs of illness with a temperature above 100 degrees will be allowed to come to work.
  • Social Distancing: All team members will be practicing “social distancing” when able and appropriate to do so. This means holding virtual meetings and offering a “hello” in place of a handshake as described in the CDC workplace recommendations.

New Face Mask Guidelines

We have ordered an additional 100 face masks to be distributed to our staff and these masks will be worn at all times while at customer’s sites and at our partner’s facilities. We will also wear face masks as needed at our office.

Everyone’s safety is our main concern. We understand these are anxious and confusing times for everyone. If we are diligent in our efforts and remain calm, we will all get through this together. We are happy to address any questions or concerns you may have. Feel free to call our office at: (208) 895-8200

We will communicate any new information related to our processes and procedures as it becomes relevant.
